-HIPAA trained and certified
-NTDC certified (7 Trainer Modern Roles, Trainer Core Competencies, BEST T & D, Performance Coaching, TSO Writing )-Answering inbound calls and doing outbound calls if needed.-Managing appointment calendars
-Collecting details from the new clinic's patient
-Maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times.-Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction.-Communicating with customers through various channels-Provide accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right methods/tools
