I have 5 years of experience as a General Virtual Assistant for Real Estate Brokers based in NJ, PA, FL, DE, AL, GA, and OH. During my 5years stay with the previous brokerage that I worked with, I was assigned to different departments which trained me to become who I am now. I'm detail-oriented, comfortable with technology, have strong time management, am flexible with changes, can work in a fast-paced environment, and am growing very quickly. I am experienced in inputting all listing information into MLS and marketing websites for listing flyers; determining the property’s estimated value which will guide the broker in setting the List price of a property, similar to comparative market analysis, and in the case of a foreclosure or short sale; I am also experienced in keeping every property to stay in compliance with the Township/County Code; responsible for processing applications for Certificate of Occupancy for resale and rental properties, maintaining and auditing financial information, prepare invoices and reports, and coordinate with Accounting for payments.
