Amazon/eBay/Shopify Store Experience:
- Source products from various US retailers such as Home Depot, Walmart, Overstock, Bed Bath and Beyond, Blain's Farm and Fleet, Costco, etc. 
- Upload manually using dropshipping software like AutoDSTool, eComsolution, Salefreaks, DSM Tool, and Blacklister.
- Check prices and create CSV files for bulk upload in Skugrid
- Order Fulfillment and Updating tracking shipments on various platforms such as Amazon Seller Central, eBay, Pushauction, and Bonanza.
- Reprice or price monitoring items using Appeagle or SellerActive.
- Contacting suppliers and asking for price matches or fixing order errors. 
- Process bulk FBA orders using automated dropshipping software such as Amazon Importer.
- Product research using Zikanalytics and Tactical Arbitrage.
- Optimizing title using Title Builder or Terapeak
- Uploading monthly invoices and sharing them through Dropbox.
- Handling customer support such as issuing refunds for returns and cases, responding to inquiries, and providing tracking updates to customers.

Admin Task Experience:
- Maintaining the post of basketball content using the Gramblr app (connected to Instagram)
- Trimming and editing videos using Kapwing App.
- Creating new email accounts and posting ads on different business sites 
- Checking Domain URLs using Upgrade to see actual info or Upgrade to see actual info
- Sorting and filing information from Amazon and copying/pasting them to Google sheet
- Image Sourcing on branded sneakers and help create comprehensive and accurate sneaker data information on Google sheet
- Basic knowledge of creating headers, postcards, and book covers using Canva
