Profile Description

I've been with the BPO industry for more than 10 years. I've been working in different areas like, Sales, Collections, Level 2 Technical support, Customer Service, Case manager and I even worked as a Recruitment Specialist. I got amazed at how freelancing work dominated the trend so I dUpgrade to see actual info to switch Upgrade to see actual info my 3 years as a Freelancer, I handled SEO, I was able to create a website, and handled Social media marketing as well as lead generation. I handled different admin tasks, and that includes cold calling. I am an experienced Appointment setter for Health insurance. I have the right combination of skills and experience for this job. I also bring the additional quality of strong analytical and problem-solving ability. That is basically my greatest accomplishment.  I'm somebody who is dedicated, results-driven, and passionate about my profession. I am still willing to be trained and willing to learn new things and contribute success to the company.
