I have been in the BPO industry since 2015 and most of my experience is with Customer Service. Providing great customer service is a tough job but with all the experiences, knowledge, and skill that I have, I know I would be able to provide a quality customer experience.

Recently, I worked as a quality assurance specialist whose main task is to do the audit and are responsible for monitoring, inspecting, and proposing measures to correct or improve a company's final products and processes in order to meet established quality standards.
