I have 15 years experience as a customer service representative. I was the first in the office to walk customers through online that eventually became included in our procedures. I have been assigned to do time management for our team as I have no problems with attendance and following up on tasks like finishing up on trainings.
English has been our first language at home that is why I am very well-versed in reading and writing. I have also been doing customer service for 15 years and my customers understand me very well and would commend me on my English speaking skills.
My work has not required me to do a lot of writing, only communications through email and conversations through chat (hangouts and slack). I will be good at this given the opportunity.
My work has not introduced me to Marketing and Sales since I only handle customer service. Given the chance and training, I am sure this will be very easy to learn and accomplish.
I have not done any Ads but then again, I am sure this will be very easy to learn and understand.
My 15 years in customer service has allowed me to be proficient in customer support, email, phone and tech support.
