Profile Description

Currently Living in Cayman Islands as a Special Events Planning Assistant.

I've work in a Real Estate Company where in I'm a Virtual Assistant. I'm setting an appointment with the buyers thru Readymode, zBuyer, Batchdialer, Lead Carrot. And sending SMS blast in Launch Control so that we can find potential sellers. We also used manual dials via Ring Central. I did outbound and inbound calls, sending an email and data entry by encoding all the details of the prospect leads in our data Upgrade to see actual infocluding their fullname, phone numbers, emails, and addresses etc.

I also have experience in handling Publishing Account as a Telesales Representative for about 4 years. Where we conduct survey if they are interested in the magazine or renew their subscription. And Leadgen Account aswell like offering or renewed their ticket for the expo.
And lastly my previous work was a Customer Service Associate in cryptocurrency account. We conduct compliance or investigations on their accounts, queries, troubleshooting etc.
