First I wanted to introduce myself. I’m Upgrade to see actual info Upgrade to see actual info Upgrade to see actual info. I’m 26 years old. I currently live in Las Piñas City, Philippines. I graduated in 2018 with a BSBA major in Financial Management. Although I never practiced it, I believe that the skills I gained from my course helped me to become confident in learning the software and online tools that I used in my previous job.
I do have work experience of more than 5 years in different roles such as Service crew at McDonald’s, Philhealth associate in a Hospital, Customer Service Representative & Account Specialist in a BPO company, and recently as an Admin or Personal Assistant Virtual in a direct client. In this work experience I learned a lot of skills like email handling, call handling both inbound and outbound calls, data entry, being able to build good communication skills with my customers, and appointment scheduling. I also learned to use some tools, examples are Canva, Lightroom, Visco, Gmail, Microsoft Word, Excel and Powerpoint, Salesforce, RingCentral, Skype, Zoom, Slack, Teams, Asana, Zoho, Meta Business, Teamwork, and more.
I have gained a comprehensive understanding of the Facebook ad workflow, including creating and publishing campaigns, conducting A/B tests, activating Facebook pixels, and analyzing campaign metrics.

I have particularly focused on utilizing Facebook Business Manager to schedule content for clients' Facebook pages, refining my expertise in crafting targeted ad campaigns. I am proficient in both ABO and CBO strategies, creating custom and lookalike audiences, and employing retargeting methods to optimize campaign performance. I am committed to continuous learning and growth in Facebook advertising and am genuinely passionate about leveraging digital platforms to help businesses achieve their marketing objectives.
