During my four years of experience, I have gained a broad range of skills in various tasks such as overseeing financial operations, managing financial risk, and leading business decisions. I have also been responsible for processing
invoices, matching invoices and purchase orders, resolving payment discrepancies, ensuring payment compliance, and recording and categorizing all
monthly financial transactions.
    
One of my primary responsibilities has been to help manage ledgers, books, and
financial reports such as balance sheets, profit and loss statements, and other
necessary reports. I have also substantiated financial transactions by auditing
documents to ensure accuracy and completeness.

In addition, I have accomplished financial objectives by collecting rents, paying
bills, forecasting requirements, preparing annual budgets, scheduling expenditures, analyzing variances, and initiating corrective action. My experience in maintaining property rentals by advertising, filling vacancies,
negotiating and enforcing leases, and maintaining and securing premises has
also been a valuable asset.

As an accounting and bookkeeping professional, I have extensive experience in the deduction of patient's healthcare benefits and transmitting them to the main office for hospital collection. I have also been responsible for ensuring that
all payments are complied with accordingly.

Apart from my accounting and bookkeeping skills, I have also demonstrated my ability to plan, organize, and execute teaUpgrade to see actual infoetings. I have also been answering
company phone calls, responding to business emails, and managing, creating
contents, and updating company's social media accounts and website.
