• Using Exchange Management Console to configure email addresses and
accesses for mailboxes and calendars.
• Troubleshooting computer connections, walking the user through
setting up their computers over the phone. Walking the users through VPN Upgrade to see actual infotting up the devices in VIP manager for their authenticators.
