I've been with BPO industry for almost a decade now. I have worked for financial insitutions specializes in banking, collections and customer service. I can also do administrative works, data entry and the likes. I am wiiling to be trained, can handle deadlines and flexible to other simple tasks that maybe assigned from time to time.
I used to work as HR asst for a couple of months and that includes working for administrative tasks, data entry etc. When i switched job to BPO, admin tasks are also being done
