I have worked as a Customer Service Representative for Major companies all over the world including Telstra(Australia's Leading telco), Spark NZ, DirecTV, Pfizer, and Bristol-Myers Squibb catering different customers and their employees as well. Most of my tasks were answering inquiries about their bills, their services and also processing request relating to sales. Also worked as an HR Specialist with IBM. Most of my duties includes data entry, processing employees' benefits and compensation, and answering inquiries relating to their jobs.
My latest work was a client support specialist for an e-commerce company. Answering customer inquiries via email and processing their orders as well. I also do ad hoc works for the company.
