Profile Description

I had experience in bookkeeping for 5 years and as an accountant for 2 years. I love accounting jobs, I find it interesting and challenging because you have to be organized, detail-oriented, and should have passion for you to do your job well and can give accurate and complete data or reports. I had experience also in customer service and in Marketing because I have been handling a branch office before as an officer-in-charge and one of my responsibilities is to increase the number of our clients and meet our branch Upgrade to see actual info was also my responsibility to ensure the satisfaction of our existing clients and retain their accounts.

I am confident that I can do my job well because I am eager to learn new things. I am hardworking and passionate with my work and I educate myself with things that need to learn to fulfill my duties and responsibilities well. 

Through my experience and hard work, I am now a certified Xero Advisor. 

I am currently working in a real estate LLC as a bookkeeper. I am familiar with OwnerRez, Airbnb, Upgrade to see actual info, and Vrbo. I have experience recording the purchase and sale of properties using HUD. I also have experience reconciling credit cards with sub-accounts. I can say that I am quite good at tracing expenses and maintaining A/R, and A/P, and reconciling undeposited funds, deferred revenue, prepaid expenses, mortgage loan and other real accounts. I am currently using Quickbooks now in bookkeeping. 

I am also taking courses regarding Social Media Management, Facebook Ads, Facebook Ads Advance, WordPress, and Shopify freelancing course. I also studied lead generation and the tools for LinkedIn Chrome extensions like Upgrade to see actual info, LeadLeaper, Pipeleads. I also watch videos and study email automation and the tools like Mailchimp, ActiveCampaign, and Hubspot.

Also, I can also do a basic task like; Data Entry with the use of Google Docs and Spreadsheet, Manage Dropbox, Google Drive and Google Calendar, Set Appointments with internal/external clients through E-mails.
