Based on my previous job. Here's the assigned task during my previous career in Lazada as Claim Analyst; 1.) processing, evaluating, and preparing claims for all 3rd Party logistics and keeping records on their Master File. 2.) Prepares auto deduction document and ensure to submit them in a timely manner. 3.) Ensures that all backlogs are monitored and validated if the parcel(s) are for claims. 4.) Coordinates with another related department to reconcile parcel journey. 5.) Sends escalations to 3PL and ensures that the response is in a timely manner (Logistics Support).
With regards to Microsoft skills, I am grading myself to 4 (1 is the lowest and 5 is the highest). When it comes to typing jobs, the word per minute is 54.
