I am trained to develop key skills like critical thinking, data entry, research, communication, teaching, and writing. I am also trained to pick up on patterns and systems quickly. I have very good organizational and management skills, but my greatest strength is my ability to effectively handle multiple projects and deadlines. I've done many jobs, especially in handling the business of my employers like listing products on Shopify, WordPress, iOffer, Aliexpress, and many more. These were the jobs that I really shaped as a person. Here is an in-depth look at my skill set:
(1) Data Entry and Social Media: I have direct experience in working on data entry for 4 years already. I have been very productive in my work, as I am a very systematic person, wherein my level of accuracy is in tandem with my working speed. I always finish on or way before the deadline because I work fast, without the need for sacrificing the quality of work. The normal typing speed is 70-80 WPM. I have a typing speed of 85-100 WPM (Words per Minute). With these, I can assure you that I can work fast, with corresponding excellent outputs. I am proficient in using: Facebook, Pinterest, YouTube, Twitter, Instagram, Trello, Canva, WordPress, Google Docs, Periscope, and PicMonkey.
(2) eCommerce: I am very familiar with Shopify, Aliexpress, Alibaba, Amazon, eBay, WordPress, and iOffer. I can say that I am an expert when it comes to managing and listing products properly. I also edit the photo products so that customers would love them. I also write product descriptions for each product. On the other hand, I am very systematic when it comes to handling customer service and fulfilling orders. I also love advertising and marketing through social media platforms considering that I do have more than Upgrade to see actual info groups on Facebook.
(3) Writing and Transcribing: I can write a variety of articles that covers any topic that my employer would want me to write. I can produce high-quality articles. I can write several things ranging from articles, blogs, reviews, essays, and academic papers to fictional stories, and much more. I have this superb talent for writing and I can even write a high-quality, 400-word essay within 5 minutes. I can write and speak fluent English, and I must say that I am very particular with the thought and grammar of the things which I write. I am also a feature writer for our college school paper and tasked to write fictional stories. I have a blog and I can write all 10 posts with 1000 characters in 30 minutes, all of which make great sense, all featuring exceptional writing skills. I know adverb placements, verb complementary, clause combinations, and much more. I can write and speak fluent English and I can range from 10 over 10. I'm willing to learn and for additional experience. I am enthusiastic and quick to learn with good interpersonal and organizational skills. I have a high sense of responsibility and believe in “It pays to work hard”. I am proficient in using: MS Word, MS PowerPoint, MS Excel, Creative Writing, Technical Writing, Copy Writing, Sales Writing, SEO Writing, Academic Writing, and Feature Writing.
(4) Graphic Designing and Video Editing:Aside from the article writing-related skills, I can also be a graphic artist. I have 4 years of experience using Adobe Photoshop starting with the CS3 version up until CS6. I was also tasked to create and design the 2013 and 2014 Annual Reports of a well-known hydroelectric power plant in our locality. I have also won several contests for Video Ads during my high school days, which I believe I have harnessed and developed through the passing of time. I am also capable of doing poster designs, t-shirt designs, banners, and advertisements all featuring great quality, as I am very attentive to details, for I believe in the saying, "You'll reap what you sow". As a Graphic Designer, I am proficient in making various designs in innovative ways. I also have an extensive experience in print and web design. And skilled in suggesting people and making their brand unique. Here are some of my other skills: Extensive experience in brochures, logos, t-shirt designs, informational graphics, products, multimedia, signage, people photography, and catalogs. Activity in producing company catalogs, print media in magazines, business cards, logos, and letterhead, and creating brand marketing for multiple companies. I am proficient in using: Adobe Photoshop CS3, Adobe Photoshop CS4, Adobe Photoshop CS5, Adobe Photoshop CS6, Adobe Premiere PRO, Cyberlink Power Director versions 8 to 11, Windows Movie Maker, Canva, PicMonkey, and iMovie.
