CUSTOMER SERVICE, SALES, ONLINE COACHING AND VIRTUAL ASSISTANCE
I have had years of experience in the BPO industry having served in customer service, client management and sales – managing client accounts and providing top-notch customer support. I have also been course adviser for an online school catering to varied industries. I am a very dependable virtual assistant and I’m comfortable in dealing with diverse clients. .

CONTENT WRITING, SOCIAL MEDIA MANAGEMENT, RESEARCH AND DATA ACQUISITION
I have written content for websites and blogs and have managed social media accounts. I have also been an Account Executive for a US car history provider where my main tasks included doing research, outreach and communicating with data sources that included US government organizations, and overseeing our overall data acquisition efforts to improve our vehicle history database.

WRITER
I have been chief editor of some school and provincial newsletters in our community. I have been regional champion in sports writing and have garnered top awards in editorial and news writing as well. I have also written features on culture, general information and other topics.  

TECH-SAVVY
I am proficient in the most popular computer programs for productivity including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Publisher), Google tools for work (Docs, Sheets, Slides, Drive, Hangouts), among others. I am also familiar with popular software used in editing and creating media (Adobe Photoshop, Acrobat DC),Upgrade to see actual info management and automation (Mailchimp, Aweber), CRM (Intercom, OSTicket), project management (Trello), web content and design (Wordpress), and other similar tools.

I am a quick study in all things computer-related, so for other computer tools and programs that may be new to me but are needed for a job, I should be able to learn, navigate and use them effectively at a quick pace. I am also good in utilizing systems software efficiently.
