I have worked as a CSR for different telco industries in the US for 7 years such as Sprint and T-mobile and now i have been up skilling on my freelancing skills where i have now gained experience as a Real estate VA, a General VA, and Social media Manager for a client. My tasks include Designing and posting social media content on instagram and Facebook stories using Upgrade to see actual info, as well as posting relevant contents on their social media pages like houses for sale since my client works in Real Estates. I am also responsible for designing youtube thumbnails for my client's youtube page. You can view all the content and designs that i have done on my portfolio for a detailed walkthrough on my works. On the Real estate side, i have also handled data migration of some of the CRM softwares that we use like Skyslope, Zillow, Chime and the like, as well as handling our database to generate leads to our customers using follow up boss.
