1. eCommerce Overall Management
Responsible in overall management of Shopify, Amazon or Ebay store. As an overall manager, I am tasked to oversee the whole performance of the store as well as the team. Ensure that everybody is doing the job based on the company’s SOP and policy. Ensure that every account in Amazon/eBay is running well and contact them for any problems related to the accounts.

? Negotiating with the Aliexpress supplier for disputes/returns/refunds for Shopify store
? Process refunds using Shopify refund system or Paypal.
? Answers customer’s queries regarding shipment, exchange, return and refund via email, chat and phone calls (customer service task).
? Social Media management like postings, liking of comments, answering queries for Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn and Reddit for the backlinks of website.
? Creates SOP’s for the documentation purposes and for the refreshment course conducted to every VA’s every 6months
? Manages the whole team and monitor every projects thru Asana and Bitrix24
? Calendar Management using Google calendar; ensure that all schedules are up there and religiously being followed by everybody.
? Schedules and conducts meetings once a week with the whole team to address issues encountered and help needed.
? Trains and conduct refreshment course for new and existing VA’s for specific areas they will are responsible with
? Proficient in using below applications for managing workflow and monitoring the team and store performance.

• Daily sending of report to the management for the overall store performance, issues encountered and how we resolved it, help needed from the upper level, and Team’s performance for their job.

As a Social Media Marketer, I do posting in various social media accts of clients like FB, IG, Twitter and Hqgvuv.
I also maintain FB grps inspired by well-known characters, books and personality that might easily get traffic.
I also handles Shopify uploading for new products.
3. As a Customer Service Specialist, I usually respond to customer inquiries/complaints regarding ordering of products, tracking of shipment, processing of refunds and returns.
In customer service job, you have to be patient with the customers. You have to empathy to their frustrations and ensure to give them the result they need. You have to make them feel that you are more than willing to escalate the problem to the mgt for a fast result and solution.
4. As a VA, I usually help clients with various tasks, that due to their busy schedule, that they might left behind.
I do email management, ensuring all emails will be read and responded within 24hrs.
I also remind them for their upcoming meetings and anything they might be needing a help.
5. Order fulfillment Specialist, as an OSF, I ensure that the supply chain is correct and all the wip (work in progress) is running smoothly to be shipped within the required dates of the customers.
I raised issues with the concern grps if I see anything that might cause delays in production.
I am an out-of-the-box thinker, anything that is pass to me, I always make sure to self study it and bring outstanding result to my clients. I always treat the clients with respect as well as their businesses. I want to be of help and I want to be the solution to my clients' need for a remote worker.
