Profile Description

As a Business Development Manager, I was responsible for researching and developing potential new products and services, making recommendations and playing a key role in client retention. I was in charge of maintaining and growing a long-term partnership with our clients by continuously proposing solutions and plans that meet their objectives. Understand the target markets, including industry, company, project, and company contacts, and which sales strategies can be used to attract clients. Work closely and professionally with operations and management to ensure client satisfaction and growth through feedback and suggestions. Ensure all internal reporting is completed accurately and within agreed deadlines. 

As a Sales Manager, I was responsible for supervising and organizing our sales team. I was also in charge of managing organizational sales by developing salesstrategies, meeting planned goals, and coordinating with the other departments such as IT, devising scripts for sales cold calling, lead generation, and utilizing a CRM tool. I was tasked with overseeing the activities and performance of our sales team by tracking sales goals, setting individual sales targets, facilitating the ongoing training of our salespeople, and appointment setters.
