Profile Description

As a Business Development Manager, I was responsible for researching and developing potential new products and services, making recommendations and playing a key role in client retention. As a Sales Manager, I was responsible for supervising and organizing our sales team. I was also in charge of managing organizational sales by developing salesstrategies, meeting planned goals, and coordinating with the other departments such as IT, devising scripts for sales cold calling, lead generation, and utilizing a CRM tool. I was tasked with overseeing the activities and performance of our sales team by tracking sales goals, setting individual sales targets, facilitating the ongoing training of our salespeople, and appointment setters.
