Profile Description

I worked in a BPO Company for 10 years now mostly handling Customer service position. I started in an Auto financing company catering billing and payments. I also have experience with Healthcare handling HCPs on a benefits and claim line of business. Then most of years has been spent on a telecommunication account where we handled almost everything from billing to payments to technical and as well as sales.
I know this is my first time here but I have always evaluated myself based on my performance and skills where I know I am very motivated, driven and a fast learner. I can learn new things with less supervision and I am also resourceful to be able to achieve my goal.
I hope to be given an opportunity here to learn more and enhance my skills.
