* Create and update supplier/vendor details in oracle serving the worldwide need
* Conduct physical inventory of raw materials, work in process and finished goods
* Prepares forecast cost revision template for project financial review
* Analyze the Project budget by checking its sufficiency and coordinate with the respective Project Managers the adjustments and justifications for the changes made in their budget.
* Provided administrative support to construction team by filing and maintaining all project documents and completing the project closeout requirements; generated periodic reports and administered the construction budgets to ensure that project costs aligned with approved budgets
* Perform financial close activities such as AR Reserves and revenue accruals
* Perform contract review for O&M projects which includes service agreements, performance guarantees and asset management fees
* Create billing events based on the approved contract review and perform billing for EPC and O&M projects
