In my previous job, one of my responsibilities was to request collaterals from our members, so that I could copy their content and format it using MailChimp. Afterwards, I would schedule it for email blast to all members.

I am proficient in using Excel because I used this tool extensively in my previous job to create reports, surveys, budgets, and attendance records.

In my previous job, I handle sending and responding to emails.

Social media management (SMM) was one of my responsibilities in my previous job. I created Facebook pages, group pages, and group chats, and monitored and responded to all member and prospective member queries. I also created content for announcements, upcoming events, and event posters using Canva.

Appointment setting was one of my responsibilities in my previous job. I scheduled appointment meetings such as committee and board meetings upon request.

Data processing was one of my responsibilities in my previous job. When prospective members expressed interest in joining the chamber, I would assess and review their company profile, ask them some questions, and then send them a statement of account.

Data entry was part of my job for over six years of working.

I have personal experience in travel planning. When my friends or family would like to travel out of town, I research possible destinations, arrange accommodations, and create itineraries.
