Profile Description

As a medical scribe, my responsibilities are to transcribe the consultation and get the patient's history of present illness, past medical history, family medical history and transfer them to EMR/EHR as well as upload the patient's registration form, insurance and identification cards to EMR/EHR. My tasks as a front desk are to do inbound and outbound calls, answer patients' inquiries via emails and text messages and scheduling/cancelling appointments.  

And as an editor/proofreader, I check transcripts for misspelled words, figures, grammar errors, punctuations and submit it before the deadline in the highest quality. 

I also have four-year experience working as a customer service representative for an e-commerce website with the responsibilities of investigating and resolving buyer/seller claims through phone and email.
