Profile Description

• Bookkeeping and General Accounting for multiple clients (Record-to-Report) and financial statements reconciliation.• Preparation of financial statements, tax and BAS returns at required intervals q8for individual, company, trust, and partnership.• Identify areas where clients and businesses can reduce tax, make claims, and increase profit to provide qwgeneral accounting and taxation advice to clients in conjunction with Director.• Preparation of year-end tax planning files for companies, trusts, and partnerships.• Liaise with the Australian Taxation Office (ATO) when required.• Business entity setup and tax registration.• Preparation of ASIC Annual Statement with standard cover letter.• Preparation of minutes and resolutions.• Responsible for the organization and filing of soft copies of all client documentation and updating client database with new client information.• Managing and updating ASIC and ATO portal.• Assist in the preparation of engagement and ethical letter.• Assist in the client onboarding process including client training.• Responsible for completing all internal administration in a timely, efficient, and accurate manner, and ensure that all work is errorfree and professionally presented.• Perform other company secretarial work as needed.
