Profile Description

As a virtual medical assistant, I processed insurance eligibility, benefits, and account balances in a dental practice. I submit claims and pre-authorizations to the patient's insurance provider. I assisted with customer service by organizing new and existing patient appointments and responding to patient questions over the phone, text, and email. For my most recent customer, OpenDental was my tool of Upgrade to see actual info order to promote social media platforms, I also look after their social media profiles. I also complete ad hoc tasks as they come Upgrade to see actual info addition, I take care of patients once their treatments are over.
