I completed a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology and have done various jobs over the years. I am a professional with more than 8 years of cumulative experience and combined expertise in Human Resources Management, teaching English to foreign students, as well as administrative and clerical roles. I have in-depth knowledge of the training aspect and have strong experience in HR functions including employee relations, payroll, training and development, organizational development, talent management and acquisition. My experiences include processes done in recruitment, search and selection and ensuring communication dissemination, best practices and complying with company's legislation. Outside the Human Resource field, I've been working as an English teacher for foreign (Asian) students for over 4 years. I am a reliable individual having strong communication skills, mentoring and coaching skills and I am very driven and results-oriented; a creative thinker who has keen attention to details, and can effectively balance the needs of employees and the objective of the organization.
