Profile Description

My name is Upgrade to see actual info, you can also call me Upgrade to see actual info and I'm 28 years old.
I graduated from a decent local University, where i finished my Information's Technology Bachelor's degree, with a major in multimedia. After graduation, I got into the IT industry working as a part-time IT assistant for a Governmental Department while enjoying my commission based work as a graphic-designer.
During this time, I was offered a job as a Junior IT Engineer under Upgrade to see actual info which dealt with IT cloud services and IT server maintenance for clients in US. These I provided network support for our clients as well as providing real-time monitoring and maintenance of their respective IT infrastructures for a good
two years.
After that, I worked as an IT Officer as well as a Marketing Manager for Confluence Health and Wellness Products. As an IT Officer I was given the privilege to develop the IT structure and provide the different departments with IT solutions that would provide them tools, software, and systems that which allowed them to shift their focus on the more important matters and enhance productivity. I was also given the privilege to handle and build the Marketing Team from the ground up. This allowed me to broaden my horizon and line of work. There, I personally managed 2 teams of in different departments and made sure everything went smoothly in terms of business goals, beating deadlines, budget optimization, and IT innovation.
In my downtime, I would spend my time learning and growing plants as a hobby at the same time I enjoy editing and uploading my photographs onto a little social media page and blog I manage.
Though I have enjoyed working in an office on a 9 to 5 basis for the past two years but with Covid-19 raging and having witnessed a family member suffer and experience a close to death situation can really wake you to the reality of things. This sobering experience has motivated me to once more look for opportunities where I and my family can be more protected and gain the peace of mind we need in this trying times as well as still earn a living. With the experience I gained with the work from home setup as well as being in an office on a daily basis, I believe this will allow me to be an applicant worth considering due to my flexibility and determination to give my family the peace of mind in this trying times.
