Profile Description
My role is to collect all the documents we need form the borrower. Upon receiving all the documents, I'm also in charge of checking and analyze the documents that they have submitted. I'm very keen to details so I'll make it sure that the documents they have submitted has signature on it and updated before I upload them to our CRM. I'm also in charge of ordering other documentations from a third parties
such as Appraisal and Title. Helping my Underwriter to look for a lender so that we can move the files to the closing table.
