MAJOR ACHIEVEMENTS :  1) Grew my Tiktok profile from 0 starting in August 2022 to over 7K REAL followers in about 5 months with real engagement  2) My LinkedIn posts consistently register over 80 impressions within 48 hours  3) Built a seven-figure startup VA agency  for a former client (starting with 1 virtual assistant and client) specializing in Digital Marketing (specifically marketing automation). Managed up to 140 VAs, 200+ clients and offered six services. Responsibilities included end-to-end process creation, hiring, process, automation and implementation testing, implementation, troubleshooting, client management, optimization, assessment and evaluation of processes and VAs, automation of some processes, managing the internal VA team of 27 VAs, upselling, researching new products and services, growing the business and documentation.
