I graduated Bachelor of Science in Information Technology and have been into Computer National Certificates Training. I have a reliable computer background, a Master's in using applications of Microsoft excel, word, etc, Can work under time overpressure with quality.
Lastly, I'm a Customer Service Expert with almost 5 years of experience as a call center agent. I can do both Technical and Customer Service Support. I've handled Sales, Cold Calling support, Inbound and Outbound Sales calls, Data management that manages lots of customer's accounts using different tools at the same time, I have been engaged a lot in problem-solving and all kinds of stuff relating to billing, Been Technical support in a Telco company who helps with a technical issue, Telco concern, and technological concerns. All these are possible because I've mastered the skill to multi-task in my BPO years. Will be here to help with whatever issue you might have as I have mastered customer-related inquiries.
