My first job is Telemarketing and Sales Associate in BPO but I have started Freelancing in 2014 when I'm encouraged to be trained as a Virtual Assistant after a month of training. my client absorbed me and hired as her assistant. I start managing. editing, and design her Wordpress and also teach me how to do blog and e-commerce. She also taught me how to use Hootesuite and Postplanner to manage her social media accounts and create posts, Increase followers and do engagements. She also taught me how to transcribe, encode and do some research, Do webinars and some Virtual tasks.
English well I can speak and write but I can say I'm much more fluent in writing than speaking. I worked in a call center industry for 2 years so I think I am also an effective english speaker somehow.
Marketing is my first job after my college, I used to work as Telemarketer so I know that job well. I tried Marketing with a Filipino, American and Australian client before. It's nice but I must admit that its one of the toughest job because its hard to please everyone to buy our products. But if you're determined to reach your quotas and earned more money this job is really for you.
My only website experience is Wordpress thought by my VA mentor. She taught me to organize and set. But in real website still never had experience with it. Recently I also got experience handling Amazon eCommerce.
One Admin support I can consider is like my previous job as Telemarketer/ Sales Associate. I used to address customers inquiries and complaints and now I can relate this job with my current job now as social media management wherein if we received some queries from clients, I'll be the one who will respond in behalf of my boss. That's it!
