Profile Description

Majoring in Psychology, I'm apt with good interpersonal and customer relation skills as well as good oral and written communication skills. Also, I took a vocational course in Medical Transcription and have worked as an Audio Language Specialist in a transcription company for a decade and counting; mainly in the healthcare field but have also been working files in various departments such as Legal/Business/General Transcription and editing documents. As an Editor, I mainly do Quality Control for all various documents. Able to work autonomously, accurately, and efficiently with less supervision. Additionally, I have worked as a VA in the past for a couple of months; handling emails, excel sheets, calls, and data encoding (done this once and am hesitant in doing it again). Then again, I have also been a part-time technical content writer for an internet marketing company, locally based.
