Profile Description

1. Senior Process Executive (Project Management Tasks)
- Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects.
- Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget.
- Assist in the definition of project scope and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility.
- Develop a detailed project plan to monitor and track progress.
- Manage changes to the project scope, project schedule and project costs using appropriate verification techniques.
- Manage the relationship with the client and all stakeholders.

2. PPC Google Adwords
- Responsible for daily account management and of pay per click accounts on Google AdWords, Yahoo, Bing and other search platforms for a variety of clients.
- Assist in the maintenance and monitoring of keyword bids, account daily and monthly budget caps, impression share, quality score and other important account metrics.
- Manage and maintain updates for large keyword lists.
- Provide creative copy suggestions and graphical ad templates.

3. Customer Support (eBay UK)
- Responsible to answer phone and email enquiries from eBay buyers and sellers.
- Express a significant capacity to troubleshoot all products related to the eBay & PayPal platforms and clearly offer solutions or recommendations.
- Own customer issues to the point of resolution, keeping customers updated throughout.
- Ensure all information related to customer issues is logged and tracked.
- Promote & encourage best practice on eBay.
