(1) year experience in Project Management as Assistant Project Manager and
Construction Estimator (Virtual Assistant) of Commercial Establishment across USA
States and Cities.
Seven (7) years’ experience in supervisory/implementation/estimate in Building Construction, Operation and Maintenance. Familiar in UFC’s, UFGS, Specs-intact, Work Breakdown Structure (WBS), Electrical Systems, Principle of Electricity and depth knowledge with Electrical materials local and abroad. Experience in design, estimate, installation, testing and commissioning of Power & Lighting system, Fire alarm system, Telephone and Data system, Public Address system, CATV system, CCTV system, Sub-station Transformer, RMU, ATS, Standby Genset, Lighting Control Panel, LV Distribution Transformer and Panel Boards.
