Profile Description

I am an Executive Administrative Assistant for over 5 years doing all general VA tasks like email management and support, calendar management, travel management, transcription, daily reports, and data entry. I'm also a Social Media Manager. I have done quite a bit of article writing and content writing for infographics. I also know how to use Photoshop, and I can also work with WordPress, though I'm not an expert at it yet. I am also a well-organized, patient, and very hardworking person who had over 5 years of experience in giving efficient, consistent and exemplary customer service for several accounts in a call center company that I worked with. 

I have a lot of experience in Lead Generation. I was a Project Coordinator to all our projects with a previous client, and I served as the interface between the clients, designers, and developers. I gave daily updates to our clients and make their experience as great as possible.

With regards to the tools, I'm an expert, if not very familiar with these: Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, Asana, Mailchimp, HubSpot, Trello, LinkedIn, Buffer, Canva, Lumen 5, Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, WordPress, Slack, Skype, and other tools and software.

I am a person who is very eager to learn new skills and new tools that are useful for the business and to get the job efficiently done. I am an excellent team player, and I can motivate myself and my colleagues to do well in this line of work. I am also self-reliant with keen eyes for details, and I can work with minimal supervision and with integrity. I am also well versed in the English language and can communicate well with customers and clients.

Lastly, I can provide excellent customer service, can think out of the box, and provide unique discipline and leadership.
