Profile Description

I am a BPO representative with 8 years of experience and counting. I've been part of the top call centers which caters Customer Service and Technical Support. I am well-versed in providing satisfactory assistance through combined skills I've acquired from being customer service, technical support, Account Manager and Case manager
My current role adds new and diverse sets of skills as to which customers and clients needs. Part of my responsibilities is ensuring active contracts, software analysis, technical challenges,sales quota quarterly basis and multi-department communications, within the client's company.
Through my work experiences, I've learned many things that I have added to my attributes such as clear and effective communication, time and self-management, and professionalism. I have also uncovered my strengths such as stress handling, problem analysis, and developmental planning.
