I gained expertise in QuickBooks Online, Xero and Wave accounting software and have successfully done various bookkeeping jobs such as: Real Estate (Short/Long Term Rentals – Flats, Airbnb, Condos, Fix & Flips) using QBO and Wave, USA; IT (Consulting Services) using QBO, USA; Transportation Business (Vehicle Rentals) using QBO, USA; Property Maintenance and Leasing using QBO, USA & Canada; Construction using Xero, Australia; Health Services (Dialysis Center) using QBO, Philippines; and Other Small Businesses (clean up and catch up) using QBO, USA.

Exposures through trainings/workshops in US Federal Tax Preparations (Forms 1040, 1040SR, 1065, 1120, 1120-S, 1041, 990 and other related Schedules) using Drake software.
