-Inter-personal communication with existing and potential clients by answering their inquiries,promoting products, giving product solutions, after-sales, and as far as the client’s concernthrough online (chat/email/voice/video call) communications-Generally responsible for generating leads and meeting sales goals-Negotiating and finalizing with the clients about pricing terms-Handling various accounts of clients, from sales to documenting, up to end-production-Religiously checking order accuracy-Approving and verifying quality before releasing. -Ensuring product quality during the processand prior release-Issuing invoices and compiling monthly sales records-Administer and providing support with the sales team-Assisting with product development and researching new product lines-Helps conduct customer and market research that helps define the target markets and opportunities and helps to understand how the products and services are perceived
