I worked in sales before as a registered pharmacist in the hospital pharmacy. I review customers’ prescriptions to assure accuracy, ascertain the needed drugs, and evaluate their suitability. I provide the customer with information and advice regarding drug interactions, side effects, dosage, and proper medication storage. I understand the customer’s needs by questioning and providing assistance when required and achieving sales targets by using sales techniques, up-selling, and cross-selling of all products. Sometimes, I update orders and purchases pharmaceutical supplies to the purchaser-in-charge. Working in that industry, I develop strong working relationships with local physicians and healthcare practitioners to strengthen the Division’s business.

Also, I work as a customer service representative in the BPO industry.
I communicate with customers through live chat, email, and phone calls to answer questions, solve problems, and troubleshoot. My work experience as a customer service representative also honed my communication skills, including listening carefully to the concern of customers.

Lastly, I have training in Real Estate Cold Caller (REI). I make as many outbound phone calls each day to try and generate potential good leads for the client.
