Customer  Service  Software: Complete familiarity with  Zendesk,  Gorgias,  Helpscout, Jivo, Live Person tool,  CRM,  ADT,  Shopify,  Aliexpress,  Oberlo,  Dropified,  Infusionsoft,  Slacks, Dropbox,  MS Office Applications and Google sheet, docs, and suit.
