Profile Description

I've been designing mostly residential buildings and interior fit-outs and occasionally commercial buildings for about 10 years. I meet and talk with prospective clients who communicates their desired dream house design or design in Upgrade to see actual info turn I translate their design preferences into a 2 and 3-dimensional images in a form of floor plans, sections and elevations and of course 3d renderings. These images are my tools to communicate the design as to how the project should look like, feel, or at least have an overall perspective. Clients not only see a 2-dimensional presentation(which is also very important), but an almost tactile 3-dimensional images. These design output is not just the client's requirements but aslo combined with my own. With careful consideration such as orientation in relation to Sun and prevailing winds, local building laws, building materials and of course space planning - a preliminary design is achieved. Before, I used Autocad and Revit and eventually migrated to use Revit as main software to execute the designs and produce both 2d and 3d output. However, I use another stand-alone software to produce high-quality renderings in a shortest possible Upgrade to see actual infoom this stage, the client evaluates the design if there’s something to revise or to proceed in furnishing the final design.
