I always make sure that there is a room for improvements and that there is always a place for new experiences.
I've done some of these in school, and some is when I am selling cakes. I tried to learn it by myself and just apply it, and it's working. I even try asking someone who is good at it and get some tips as well on how I can do it properly.
I experienced these when I was working in a call center, I used to take in calls and I've been promoted as a Subject Matter Expert where in I take escalation calls, in line to this, I am using trackers in every call to make sure that important thing about the call was notated. Having said that, I always make sure that I am supporting my customers that it was like their first call, I always make sure that they are being supported and I always make them feel that they are important. I really value my job or even the small things that is needed to do, So I always sure that their data is protected by the system.
