-assist with placement of orders, refunds, or exchanges (Shopify)
-inform the customer of deals and promotions
-answering comments on the Client’s all social media platforms using Agora Pulse
-reply to customer’s queries thru YOTPO
-write back reviews of the customer in YOTPO
