I'm currently employed as the virtual assistant and team lead for a property management company.
- In charge of onboarding and training new receptionists.- In charge of keeping all listings up to date and double-checking them.- CRM Listings Input and Management- Responsible for updating our primary database with all new and renewed leases.- Takes care of all new lead, tenant, and owner concerns calls.- Manage and reroute calls to the appropriate department, as well as keep track of the total number of calls received for the day.- Working knowledge of Keap, Infusionsoft, CSS tool, Matrix, and Transaction Desk.- Use a spreadsheet to keep track of and organize property information.
I'm also a former Team Lead and a Subject Matter Expert (SME) in Alorica Philippines Inc. who handles telco accounts customer service which include billing , tech support and sales . (At&t , Comcast , T-Mobile and Directtv.) been in the BPO business for 14 years.
