Hello! I'm Kim, a Quality Assurance Analyst for a Fortune 500 BPO company servicing the world's largest search engine. I have over 6 years of experience with administrative tasks, quality assurance, and phone/chat/email support with a strong focus on delivering outstanding customer care.
As a QA Analyst who scores and monitors compliance, it's a given that accuracy and integrity run in my blood. My role has also granted me a keen eye for details and a sense of proactiveness since my core tasks include identifying error trends for corrective agent training and implementing process improvement designs to optimize the business and customer workflow. I'm also comfortable juggling multiple project deadlines as I regularly facilitate client calibrations, complete agent coaching sessions, and submit weekly quality analysis reports on top of meeting our daily 50-60 audit quota.
I started as a customer service representative, which honed my communication and conflict resolution skills and equipped me with the grit, adaptability, and quick thinking needed to survive the field. Through sheer hard work and a thirst to learn new things, I became a QA Analyst despite no prior experience. I now help my supervisor handle a team of 16 as a QA POC.
It's my first foray into this kind of field, but I'm always willing to take on new roles. My goal is to help all my clients organize their lives/businesses and go above and beyond my tasks to help them be more productive.
If you're looking for someone with a positive, can-do attitude who thrives on learning new things, I'm your gal. I am looking forward to having a lasting work relationship with my client like you.
Let's start working together!
