I handle all incoming calls from our clients, which include technical support and customer service. I assist clients by explaining the breakdown and solving the billing issues. We diagnose and troubleshoot, and dispatch technicians whenever they experience internet problems.
I also worked in a cruise line account based in Australia. I helped my client increase revenue by surpassing the month's sales targets. I also helped my client positively impact people by solving booking-related concerns on their future cruises. I handle admin tasks, appointment setting, and data entry. I communicate with guests through inbound calls, outbound calls, and email.
I volunteered to be the Social Media Moderator for two months. The client's goal was to increase the Sales Revenue, leave a positive impact on people and reach more people within the targeted market. The client has increased the monthly sales in five folds within two months. We reached more parents too busy to cook their meals or special occasion. Customers kept on coming back because they had been satisfied with online orders.
