I am an experienced customer service agent. I have 12 years of experience in the Customer service industry.
I have been trained by top BPO companies in the Philippines handling some of the most difficult projects such as Facebook Advertising and Toll Logistics. My greatest strength is being a fast learner, problem solver, and I can manage the stress that comes with the job.
Trained to manage customer’s technical issues through calls, troubleshoot technical concerns with cable tv, internet, email, and home phone, create escalation tickets, dispatch field technicians, and do outbound calls to monitor and ensure that customer’s issue has been resolved. I have also worked with a logistics company in Australia and I have in-depth knowledge of basic logistics; I have learned a lot about this type of industry too.
