Profile Description

I've been into BPO industry for almost 2 years. I was a Customer Service Representative of AT&T account under Receivables Management department. We process payments and set up a payment arrangement towards customer's account. I was awarded as one of the best agents that time for hitting my goals and quota.I dUpgrade to see actual info to work from home at year 2015 and I was fortunate enough to be hired as an Outbound Lead Verifier/Cold Caller and a Quality Assurance for almost 4 years of mortgage company. We are calling homeowners that have a mortgage on the property. We pre-qualify them and update their information whenever it's needed. I was also a Lead Generation Tier 1 of a Health Insurance company for 8 months. We are calling individual ages 65 years old and up and ask them if they have already Medicare. We also transfer them to our Licensed Agent for further assistance. I am working as Omnichannel Support of a servicing company right now, task include but not limited to (handling Email and Voicemail, Live chat support and handling SMS, Appointment Setter, Quality assurance)I am multitasker, motivated, hard working, can work under pressure with less supervision, and I would love to go an extra mile just to meet the expectation.
