I've worked as a Real Estate VA to an investor for more than 2 years, and I am the one who handles CRM's, dialers, direct mail, texting, RVM, pulling records in different real estate websites, and spreadsheet creation and management. I have proficiency in CRM's (FreedomSoft, Podio, InvestorPO, SageCRM, Zoho, Salesforce & Copper), Email Marketing Tools (Aweber & MailChimp), Dialers (RingCentral, MojoSells, SalesDialers, XenCall & Phone Burner), Direct Mail Marketing tools (Click2Mail & YellowLetterHQ), Texting tools (LaunchControl, ROOR, Smarter Contact, and BatchLeads), Data Storage tools (REISift, BatchLeads, and Property List Manager), where to pull records (PropStream, ListAbility, VHDF, Foreclosure, ListSource, etc) and Social Media as well as an outstanding ability to work anytime without any pressure.
