Profile Description

Hi! Its been three years since I passed the CPA licensure exam. I must say that I already acquired/gain knowledge on what are the duties and responsibilities of
being an accountant and a bookkeeper.
I do recording of financial transactions from documents (Invoices, Receipts, Bills etc.) to a computer software called QuickBooks. I always make sure that transactions are being recorded in its proper and correct accounts so that I will not have difficulty in preparation of Financial statement at the of each month.
Every month end, my Job is to provide reports to the rightful owner/management such as Balance Sheet, Income Statement, Cashflow and other report that would be helpful for them in making wise decisions.
I also prepare forecasted/estimated figures of inflows and outflows of Cash for the next month for them to be able to dUpgrade to see actual info what action are they going to do in order for them to provide sufficient cash to sustain the operation of the company for the next month. Every weekend, I compare the forecasted vs actual figures and give them updates, recommendation and suggestions.
Doing the job I have right now, I realize that it is really the work that I love. Because I enjoy doing bookkeeping and accounting!
